“Product (cushion bags) seems good but the first parcel was lost in the post. Customer service were slow to, or didn’t, respond to emails/phone messages chasing the missing delivery but when I spoke to someone he was very helpful and sent replacements on next day courier delivery, as I wanted them urgently”
