“This is the first time using Chiswick Tea Company and ordering was simple and straightforward. Ordered on 5th June 2020 and received an immediate confirmation email. The following day received an email giving a tracked delivery date for 8th June which arrived that day. The quality of their Earl Grey organic tea is excellent - the best flavour I have experienced !!. Congratulations for excellent ordering and delivery experience.”

“service efficient all done online no contact. tea quality very disappointing but we have only bought one thing and this is our first time and havent had time to draw their attention to it yet ( so it may a bad batch) i think we have been spoilt by having good Iron Buddha oolong in HongKong. This tea was cheap- but tastes very chemically - we know it wasn't organic but this was a surprise”
