“Tea is always well packaged and of excellent quality. Always feel confident that the tea I am getting is of the highest standard. Where I have had problems in the past Chiswick Tea Co. have been quick to respond and resolve the issue.”

“The tea taste is great. The dried flowers look really good and you new what you drink! Great packaging too although the closing mechanism came off the side of the bag and is not airtight anymore (hence 4 stars). Overall is a great product and I will buy it again but they could look into improving the bag quality, perhaps changing the bag manufacture to make the experience 100% satisfactory.”

“The teas are great and the instructions easy to follow for the perfect brew. Customer service was exemplary, long story short there was a problem with my order that was entirely my fault (I entered the wrong post code!) But my enquiry and then resolving the problem was dealt with fast and without quibble, a truly professional service that I won't hesitate to use again. Highly recomment the Jasmine pearls and the rose buds, both make a delicious drink.”

“Excellent product. I bought Organic Lemon Verbena tea and Rooibos Organic and both were excellent. Much higher quality than you would get in tea-bag form. I bought some Lemon Verbena tea at a market in France a few years ago, but haven't been able to find anything of the same quality until now. Very fresh tasting and infuse really well. Would recommend!”

“I purchased 500g of White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) tea from Chiswick Tea Co for £28 which is far cheaper than I have seen it elsewhere. It was delivered free to my door only two days after I placed the order, it has been delivered in two resealable bags to keep the tea fresh, the tea which I have drunk for some time was in excellent condition an altogether first class service from the Chiswick Tea Co. Thank You Peter Richards”

“I bought the Jasmine Pearls Green tea and I can say it is by far the best Jasmine Pearl tea I have tasted. It is very subtle and delicate with the Jasmine taste playing with your tastebuds. I usually use 5 pearls for a medium cup. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thank you”
