“ORDER 1000112256 A re-order of Jasmine Pearls: The usual smooth and swift ordering and delivery process however, this batch has a slight soapy taste to it compared to the previous order. This not an issue as after a couple of brews we’ve use to the taste. Have you changed supplier?”

“From online order to delivery just few days. nice neat packed. Love the teas in nice elegant silver bags. Of course in different sizes, depends on weight. When you open the bags you can see good quality and taste the quality once you drink it.”

“I would say that my research in Jasmine green tea is actually quite extensive and to say that I’m a connoisseur is a bit poncy.... but I definitely know when it comes to good quality green tea. Chiswick tea has the most exquisite Jasmine green tea and I’ve been buying it for over a year.... it helped me through lockdown and frankly it’s one of the best teas around and extremely good value. Chris who runs Chiswick tea is always lovely and friendly and I receive my packages quickly. Thank you Chris and everyone at Chiswick Tea. Keep it local !”

“my two lots of tea arrived on time in good packaging one in a tin caddy very nice the other in a strong paper container both teas tasted ok no problem definatley use them again”

“Ordered 2 lovely glass tea cups and a new floral tea. Arrived promptly, sadly the side of one cup had cracked. Sent an email and photo and within 2 days they sent a replacement cup. Excellent experience, excellent customer service. Drinking tea out of their glass cups is akin to meditation by a calm lake. Thanks Chiswick Tea Co.”
