“Chiswick has recently become my favourite tea company. Aside from the necessary and obvious - beautiful products, at a fair price, packaged intelligently and dispatched swiftly, I particularly appreciate how they communicate with customers - getting just the right balance between the personal and the professional. Am recommending them to everyone!”

“Excellent products, very good communication about delays. I had a problem with my order (wrong quantity sent of an ordered item), but this was sorted put swiftly and missing item sent out to a new address in a different country without any problems. Wouldn't hesitate to order again or recommend to anyone looking for quality tea.”

“I ordered a very simple thing, a lid to replace the one I broke: it fits well and glass matches well with my tea pot. Cheaper than buying a new tea pot and had a veruy efficient service”

“I bought this Mao feng loose tea as a small Christmas present for my wife.The delivery was very prompt,this was particularly good as it was so close to Christmas.The flavour of the tea was excellent, much better than the bags she had previously been using. We have now ordered a second pack!”

“My order came very quickly and I was impressed by the flavour of the gunpowder tea. It has a nice mild flavour and doesn't have the acidic taste that you can get with some green teas. I would definitely buy again.”

“I have been a green tea drinker for many years but recently have been unable to access my usual supplier. Last week I ordered 250 gms of Gunpowder green tea from Chiswick Tea Co. It did take 7 days to arrive but was well packed in a re-sealable container. When brewed the tea leaves unfurled beautifully. It was a lovely colour and tasted better than my usual brew.”

“Have ordered some bits to make up a Christmas Hamper, the service was excellent as received the order within a couple of days and the packaging of the teas looked very nice and will go very well in the Hamper, will make a lovely gift. As a bonus you have offered a free metal tea infuser on receipt of my review so thank you very much, I will be returning to your website and will definitely recommend you. Tracey Molloy”

“Wonderful tea. Personal favourites are the Darjeeling and Peppermint. Highly recommended and well worth the price if you enjoy loose leaf tea as much as I do!”

“Needed some peppermint leaves for some fruit smoothies I have started to make. Saw this company on Amazon and ordered them. Extremely well priced. The packaging the leaves came in is really good as it is resealable. I have also started to use the leaves as tea - you only need a pinch of leaves in some hot water, the peppermint taste really comes through. Tastes so much better than a lot of herbal tea bags I have used. Much fresher. The leaves came within a few days and really well packaged. Will certainly be ordering from here again when these start to run low.”
