“I tried Chiswick tea company as the usual place I order from were low on stock. I am fussy about tea, so I am always a bit hesitant of trying new companies. I need not have worried because all the teas I have ordered from Chiswick Tea co have been fabulous. I especially love the Milk oolong and the vanilla rooibos. Delivery was quick. I love it all. Thanks.”

“I absolutely love my purchases! We ordered glass tea cup and saucers and rose bud and chamomile tea. They arrived super quick and very well packaged. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely order from again. The customer service is outstanding.”

“Not only is the tea absolutely delicious (Earl Grey) and an essential to get me started in the morning, the customer service is second to none. When I enquired about stocks (shock, horror, my favourite wasn't available), they went out of their way to help. I got an e-mail the moment Earl Grey was back in stock, ordered and it arrived quickly enough to save my students from grumpy, tealess me. The tea is fab, the service is kind and the despatch is swift - no other option than full marks.”

“This is my 2nd order from CTC. No complaints with regards to service delivery. Package has always arrived swiftly and well packed. Items purchased together with postage cost is very reasonable compared to other companies selling similar products.”
