“I've had no reason to contact Chiswick Tea as item is always delivered quickly with good communication and high quality item/s. Pleased last batch of Mao Feng arrived in cardboard box rather than padded envelope as it was easy to cut through packaging and damage secondary interior packaging. Repeat Customer. 5*”

“The company clearly selects good tea, cares about quality and is reasonably priced. Uses real bergamot oil in is Earl grey tea, not an "identical " chemical construct. Worth noting.”
