“I have been meaning to write a review for ages about this company and their tea. First their tea if fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Their Mao Feng is outstanding value, great tasting and is an ideal every day green tea. I love Dragon Well, this is my favourite tea and Chiswick's is about the best value you can get for a good standard of it (there are definitely different standards out there). Now for the company, I ordered a fair amount to tea back in 2014 and it did not turn up, I got confirmation it had shipped and been delivered, but there was not tea! I'm Have a feeing it may have been stolen. I contacted Chiswick and they got back to me straight away, they too thought it may have been stolen but they still replaced the tea for me, what an amazingly nice thing to do! I can only say that their customer service is of the highest order, I wish more companies were like this!”

“600ml glass teapot, delivered quickly, and well packaged. Very pleased with the product pours really well. Only negative is that I wished it could have been slightly bigger. Ann - Leicestershire”

“I have bought Chiswick Silver Moon tea from Amazon. Usually I drink a lot of green tea, but it was for the first time that I have tried white tea, after reading about many health benefits it provides. The quality of this Silver Moon tea is very good. The leafs look and smell fresh and silvery. Tea is refreshing and stimulating with deep smooth taste and beautiful rich golden colour. It definitely gives you a boost of energy, which was a surprise for me with white tea. The very good flavour and aroma was still there after steeping it three times. I was impressed so much, that I have ordered more supply from Amazon.”

“i can vouch for the Ceylon tea being all that a good Ceylon tea should be - bright, flavoursome, and refreshing. I brewed mine for three minutes as advised on the packet although I think - for me- another few seconds would be better so I shall try 3.5 mins for my next pot. The packaging is attractive but more importantly keeps the tea in good condition if you don't have a good tea caddy.”

“I ordered organic Chamomile flowers which are fabulous . The flavour is light and delicious. Brewed beautifully in my tea infuser and I had a great nights sleep. Will definitely purchase again.”

“I have been searching for a good rose tea and came across Chiswick Tea. After reading all the reviews, I decided to order some and see for myself. I am just having my first cup of rose bud tea and am delighted to say that the tea meets all my expectations. The product description is very accurate. After a few minutes brewing, a wonderful rose fragrance starts to gently reveal itself. The taste is very delicate, tasting just like the fragrance you can smell as you sip away at this gorgeous tea. The lovely little buds look so stunning, especially when sipped from a traditional tea cup and saucer. I will definitely be purchasing more of this tea from Chiswick Tea, a very nice product.”

“Just visited The Gambia where this is made into a delicious cold drink called wonju, which I want to try making here in Uk. So searched online and found this excellent organic product and am enjoying the benefits of a hot version, which is equally delicious and fruity, healthy and warming for the winter. Think it is going to be my favourite!”
