Hello Jessica, I am very sorry the Snuggle Beds have not been a success with your Italian Greyhounds. We take the quality of all our products very seriously and forwarded your feedback to the mill that knits the faux-fur fleece for us to use in the Snuggle Beds exclusively. After a little investigation at their end, they informed us that an incorrect roll of fur was sent to the sewing team in error. And this roll of fur was subsequently used to make a batch of Snuggle Bed covers. Unfortunately, this particular fur will shed a lot more than the faux-fur fleece used normally, resulting in excess loose fibres within the bed. This helps to explain why washing the covers has not helped. If you are happy for us to do so I will arrange for two replacement covers to be sent to you. “Our Anjara has been a fan of the Charley Chau beds for the last ten years! ( she is in the possession of three...) we were looking for a snuggle bed since she crawled under her previous beddings. I was thrilled to discover that indeed someone was thinking of designing just the right bed for dogs who love hiding and being covered while resting. As the first bed arrived she immediately knew how to handle it! It was like she was waiting for this bed her whole life! Now she will turn 15 and we had to replace her first bed. The old one lasted for many years. Thank you Charley Chau!”

“Absolutely stunning dog bed! I purchased the small size for my shit tzu/ maltese terrier and it is big enough for her to stretch out or curl up in the corner against the high sides. Really good quality material and feels very luxurious, the sides are sturdy and stand up but are still soft and padded. I have only ever bought cheaper beds which ended up going out of shape and lumpy so decided to splash out and so glad I did. I would buy again without hesitation and would highly recommend.”

“I have used the large Charley Chau day beds for our standard poodles for years now and am very impressed with all aspects. The quality of the cover is amazing, so hard-wearing despite being dug by the dogs at regular intervals. The cover washes well. Only now after 8 years have I decided to update one of the beds and am so happy with the new faroe fabric, rich colour and again excellent quality. Thank you all so much.”
