“The chevrons we received did not fit the vehicle we ordered them for. I think there has been a change in shape over the years but the kit received was not updated to this. Awaiting credit and collection for return”

“Chapter 8 has always been our go to shop for our chevron kits, we are only a small company but chapter 8 treat us well and there is alway someone on the phone to help out (Guy, Five star) however the problem we do have is delivery.......DPD even paying for early delivery 10-30 or 12-00 it just does not happen !! even on normal delivery times, they will contact us at 19-00 saying they can't deliver and the next day its same again.. We can go to Wm. Smiths and get delivery when we want, we have tried and it does happen, the quality of kit is not the same though even in 3m.......... our hearts are saying chapter 8 but the delivery service sometimes pushes us to other suppliers which is not where we want to be...”

“Chapter 8 shop has great products that look and work perfectly, there customer service is excellent, service and response is quick and helpful, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because DPD let’s down there delivery almost every time, with a different delivery service it would have been 5 stars”

“I’m so sorry to leave a 1 start review but I placed this order on the 26th of May and haven’t received it yet. (Edited 07/06/22) After having the initial issues with delivery, which I learned were not the fault of chapter 8 shop, I was contacted by Kye who arranged delivery for the very next day, which was received. Kye kept and eye on the delivery and even contacted the couriers for answers which was very much appreciated. His efforts will ensure I continue to use chapter 8 shop in the future!”
