“Recently purchased a Hikvision NVR and a IP Camera. Delivery was as described and produced packaged well. I had the system up and running in no time, however, I could not get some of the functions working due to setting etc.. Called CCTV Empire and their customer service / support was fantastic. They sorted out the settings now my system is running perfect. Quality guys that know their stuff. Highly recommended!! I shall be purchasing further product. Craig. West Yorkshire”

“Purchased a NVR + HDD and 4 cameras, all at competitive prices. My purchase arrived, well packed, the next day. The HDD came fitted and tested for any bad sectors. Prior to purchase I asked for advice and this was given promptly. After the sale I also had a few more questions, and again, the response came back very quickly and in detail. I appreciated their help, good prices and prompt service.”

“I called for some advice and Ben was so Helpful: based on his suggestions I purchased 4 Hikvision cameras and a 4 channel NVR ( my son then purchased the same NVR a few days later as he was so Impressed with mine! ) The Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I - Lens: 4.0mm is very very impressive and the Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A 4 Channel NVR 4POE was easy to set up and UI is so user friendly you can see what you want to see when you want , no fuss . Delivery was next day Great prices (very competitive) and Great advice. I will definitely be buying from CCTV Empire again and I will be bending everybody’s ear to buy here too!! Give them a go …you won’t be disappointed. Thank you CCTV Empire.”
