“The website was easy to navigate and find the item I wanted the price was competitive, I received an email upon ordering and another one upon the order being dispatched overnight - it did take a few days though to process so be aware of the slight delay but it did say 2-5 days. Overall very pleased with the process. - dealing with a company a first time is always nerve-wrecking not knowing what service you will get but impressed.”

After you contacted us regarding this on 14/09/16 we contacted the courier regarding the issue and their response was that delivery was attempted on 08/09/16 & 09/09/16 and a card was left on both occasions - As per our conversation a 3rd attempt has now been arranged for 16/09/16

“Very impressed with the customer service. Prior to ordering I phoned a couple of times to ask a few questions and clarify a couple of things. Both times I received excellent service. Also, when I ordered the goods, they arrived very quickly and well within the timescales I required them. Also, very good post sales services. After receiving the goods I needed to phone them to enquire whether they could source a part which they handled very efficiently and quickly.”

“Forgive me if I was a little sceptical, but I was - an unknown company and an unknown product. Wrongly so, so far. The advice and service given were good and the camera, which has only been in situ for a day, is much better than the old device it replaced. Will I buy against from CCTV Empire? Yes, subject to competitive pricing.”

“I have only bench tested purchased CCTV NVR and IP cameras so far, i did have a query with the NVR, CCTVEmpire Quickly, professionally resolved my problem over the phone. very pleased with this company, i recommend them!!!”

“No problems with the supply of the equipment. There is/was a intermittent problem with my CC TV DVR. They offered to exchange it straight away. The problem has not re-occurred for some time. I am sure that if it does they will give me good service. Even the small item e.g. RJ45 plugs were better than Maplins.”

“Purchased a Hikvision DVR from CCTV Empire and had a few problems with the setup, the guys at CCTV empire couldn't have been more helpful with regards to fixing the problem and I highly recommend purchasing your CCTV equipment from them, as its only when things go wrong it is a true test of customer service.
