“I can't fault them at all. The whole procedure was professional from the gentleman I spoke to on the phone initially to the one who came to do the job they kept in touch with me through the whole process from the order to the techincian's arrival time - who turned up earlier than expected even waited for me to return from the school run and completed the job within 35 mins and was pleasant, polite and friendly. Amazing service. 100% recommemded.”

“I called to book a service to change my car ignition barrel as the key was stuck inside. The staff on the phone was very friendly and explained me all about the price and service. Two hours later the mobile engineer was at my door step to repair my car. The engineer kept me updated with his arrival time. He was also very friendly and professional. I end up asking to have an spare key for the car and the price was reasonable. I know he changed the barrel and it was Included on the estimate price given at the time of booking. I was very satisfied with the entire service, great experience.”

“Excellent experience. I was unable to start my car so I called Car keys solutions and they had a technician turn up within hours of my call and replaced the steering lock barrel in 30 minutes. Great job and super quick technician who got me back on the road. Thank you”

“My car key was lost and I called Car Key Solutions who were really friendly and advised me on my options. It was really helpful that I could pay in different ways, they were always helpful and friendly. The engineer was also very friendly and it amazing to see how quickly my car key was replaced. I would use again in the future, but hopefully I don’t lose my car key!”

“I had 2 of my car keys repaired at Car Keys Solution today. Got a quote over the phone (staff on the phone were helpful and professional) and had my appointment booked for the Watford shop. I had a call on the day from one of the staff as afollow up to confirm I was able to attend my appointment. My impression of the staff (receptionist and repairer) was they were friendly, professional and helpful. The other staff I had not spoken to also came across helpful and professional. I had spoken with Sam who had repaired both my keys, they were repaired within 45 mins or so. Fully tested and inspected both car keys - great job done very professionally. I'm very happy with the repair service carried out from Car Keys Solutions and I would recommend them to others too.”
