“No star rating given as overall situation has not been completed. I am awaiting a response from Nic. Office manager with regards to his investigation into telephone conversations that I had with Alex regarding my requirements . On completion of his findings I expect a mutually acceptable resolution for both parties. Had to give a star rating although I tried not to . I am hoping to give a better rating on completion of my situation !”
