“I am currently on my 4th Cromwell rise and recliner chair the 3 previous chairs were all faulty and replaced,this current chair is now also faulty and requires replacement however I am experiencing the worst possible customer service. No replies to emails or phone calls returned.I am at a loss as what to do having spent hours trying to get this resolved.”

“This company is an absolute disgrace. My husband ordered a mobility scooter 2 months ago. He got a grant from a, charity towards the cost. Care. Co neglected to invoice the charity for the rest of the cost. They took my husband's money the same day he ordered it in April. The matter is still not resolved and left my husband very stressed. The operators on the phone are very abrupt when challenged to what's going on. If this is ever resolved we will never use them again.”

“I’m absolutely disgusted at how I was treated at your Leicester branch,after buying a folding mobility scooter from them in under a year after buying it, and told me that I only had 6 months warranty,there happy to take my money,but wouldn’t help me.”
