“Very disappointing service and communication. Ordered a Tin 10th Wedding Anniversary rose but it came without a label saying what it was; it just looked like an ordinary rose that I could have picked up from the local garden centre. As this was a gift the label was important to show what it signified and to make it look "special". Despite emailing Carbeth and leaving phone messages I have had no response and have no other way of making contact. I have resorted to making my own label in the end, but it's certainly not the way I wanted to present the gift. Will not be recommending Carbeth or shopping with them again.”

“I was really disappointed, when my friend showed me the rose there was no flower at all on this rose but clearly that some were cut off. I felt extremely embarrassed and feel I need to buy them another present. Could not recommend your company.”

“I have to say I was quite disappointed with this rose bush, which was ordered as a present. It arrived in a very slim box and there did not appear to be any water in it. When I opened it, the bow was under the hessian fold and it did not stand straight (very lopsided). I had to re-arrange it before gifting it. Sorry but I don't think it's worth £30. On the positive side, it arrived very promptly. PS Photo is after I tried to make it look better.”

“Plants received in excellent condition and well packed. The scent from dianthus was amazing and considering purchasing more. Both purchases were a gift for 1st anniversary and look forward to seeing the rose when it flowers.”

“I was disappointed with my marguerite daisies when they arrived they must have been in the post too long! They were shrivelled with yellow leaves not acceptable to pass on as a gift. I watered them hoping they would recover. Not well”
