“Having researched a number of websites for an anniversary rose for my parents Emerald anniversary we ordered from Carbeth last Monday morning and paid for next day delivery. Tuesday evening I emailed to say it hadn't arrived and requested my delivery charge to be refunded which it was. The rose eventually turned up Thursday afternoon. Already disappointed with length of time for delivery, even more disappointing was the fact that the rose, advertised with a lovely green ribbon perfect for an emerald anniversary, arrived with a white ribbon. The rose seemed pretty healthy considering it was 4 days in transit, some leaves snapped off probably due to being dry. I emailed Carbeth, received an apology and was told to get in touch if they could help further. Overall not very impressed and wouldn't look to use them again.”

“I purchased the Hosta collection should have been 3 different plants. When they arrived there was 2 plants the same nothing like what was advertised in the picture. Also the plants didn't look very healthy. Total waste of money. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. I have purchased Hosta plants from the Range before and been very pleased with them. The quality of the plants was very good and the price was less then half of what your company charges.”

“Order came v well packed, on the date they had promised and contained exactly what I had ordered. The plants look healthy and vigorous. They are in my garden and so far looking good. Recommend as a supplier”

“The order arrived quickly but the delivered sections of rhubarb crown were very dry and looked dead. Have planted them but the crowns have started to go mushy. Am disappointed.”

“I was very disappointed with my little tree. It looked quite damaged & had also been pruned quite hard. The leaves had pest bites. I only hope it will survive as I bought it as a present as a remembereace tree for a friend.”

“My husband ordered 3 roses as a gift for my birthday, 2 plant packed in one box and damaged most of the branches probably from the transport, and when I replant it in the ground the roots was terrible looks like just freshly dug up and put in the pot and put a new compost as it was really lose and no soil in the middle thats why the leaves start to turn yellow. Im just so disappointed never gonna order here again. Ps.Wish i take a photo before i replanted it,so you can see how bare the roots.”

“The rose itself I'm sure will be beautiful, however customer service is appalling! I ordered a rose for my brother specifically giving his address for the shipping, however confirmation showed my address! I contacted Carbeth Plants immediately by email and voice message, however had no response. I therfore ordered a 2nd rose with the shipping and billing being my brother's address, which was accepted and duly delivered correctly. Not sure how the payment card was accepted though! All I can say is that at least my twin brother and myself both have the same rose to watch and grow 'hopefully' beautifully!”
