“Disappointing jasmine plant sent to my Mum for mother's day - a very young plant with no flowers, although the previous plant purchased a few weeks before was covered in flowers. I have raised this with you, and you suggested I could send it back for a refund - which is difficult, since it was a gift.”

“1 plant out of 3 has sprouted, 1 is broken and 1 is dry. plants are not developed on rootstocks in the first year in your shed. I think it will be a miracle if the only plant that started growing will reach maturity.”

“I so wish I had read other reviews before making my purchase. Anniversary rose arrived on time in a battered squashed box , container was squashed and cracked some pieces of rose branches were broken. No instructions or information label provided, no message that I had requested wishing my sister happy anniversary. Repeatedly tried to call Carbeth with no success. So pleased I had requested delivery to myself as would have been so embarrassed for my sister to receive this rose in the poor condition I did. All in all very disappointed . I would never consider purchasing anything else from Carbeth and certainly would not recommend to anyone. The fact I didn’t return rose to yourselves was I certainly wasn’t prepared to pay to return something that was not up to standard. Would appreciate your feedback on this issue.”

“Nearly a week after shipping and I still don't have the plants. It seems they need a signature and won't leave in a safe place. Can't imagine what they will look like after a week in darkness with no water.”

“I ordered a Pink Princess philodendron for my son’s girlfriend, who really wanted one but couldn’t find one anywhere in a shop. I realised after completing my order that I’d forgotten to put the delivery address as her house, so emailed carbeth and asked if this could be changed. I got a very prompt - and nice - email back to say this was no problem (phew!) and it was delivered to the right place. My son’s girlfriend is thrilled with her Pink Princess. Thanks so much!”
