“1st order I've made with carbeth plants easy to purchase delivery never took long plant was healthy now its blooming and its a eye catcher no complaints would I recommend and purchase again .. answer to that would be a yes :) now that's blue”

“Have emailed you twice without response to say one of the three rosemary plants had died within a week of receiving them. I asked for a replacement or refund. Nothing to date?”

“Ordered the mixed selection of onion sets (3×bags of 100sets) stated as roughly weighing 1500g. Website does state that depending on availability only 2 varieties occassionally may be delivered. Order arrived 2 days later with 3 bags of unmarked sets with at least 10% having 2inch long sprouts and very soft. I emailed the "info" team and was asked to send a photo which i duly did making reference to the fact the bags weighed in at 1235g. Received a response saying the sprouted sets would still grow and that the weight was irrelevant. Wrote back asking them to clarify what sets had been sent as all 3 bags looked identical. Still waiting a response. Really disappointed as I have been purchasing from Carbeth for a number of years and rarely been let down. Will think twice about ordering anything else.”

“Hi - I bought three fig plants, and they were delivered very efficiently in appropriate packaging - excellent service. The fig trees are not showing any sign of life yet - maybe too cold in my Glasgow garden!”

“Very happy with the bay tree that I purchased. I couldn't find one when I went to the garden centre so I was pleased with how easy it was to find and order from this store. It came in good time and it was really well packaged. I would purchase again from this company.”
