“Hi I was very happy on the arrival of the rose in a lovely hessian bag and bow but was very saddened by the state of the rose when I opened it up. It is a gift for my son and daughter’s 1st Wedding anniversary, there was a couple of stems which were snapped in half and it looked bedraggled, nothing like the picture on the internet. I am trying to nurture it at the moment as it is his anniversary on Thursday😕😕😕”

“I ordered many snapdragons and lobelias. They were very tightly packed,and not in good condition when I got them. I managed to save 90% of the snapdragons, but only 50% of the lobelias.”

“Although it's too early to write a review about how the Mushroom kit performs, I can say how the order was received and the price was very reasonable. Delivery was prompt. This was bought as a Father's Day present, which we thought was a very good idea and I'm sure will be loved”

“I payed for 12 Strawberry plants but they sent me 8. They refused to supply the missing 4 and told me their policy is to refund. I returned the plants but they didn't communicate or refund me.”

“My first attempt at growing mushrooms! This kit arrived promptly and was well packaged. The instructions are clear and detailed. I can't wait to see how they grow!”

“Arrived promptly in a strong cardboard box. Plants well watered and of good size. Only downside was a couple of pieces broken off by the brown paper used for packaging. Can’t really see how this could have been avoided and hopefully the plants will soon make it up. Would certainly use Carbeth plants again.”

“While I have found customer service at Carbeth very good and they seem a good company, the delivery of the cat grass I recently purchased took several days. As a result it started to go yellow within a few days. Previously they offered a next day delivery option at an additional cost but this wasn't available this time. Coupled with the significant increase in price for the product and it taking longer to arrive means I am hesitant to purchase again as it isn't lasting long enough to justify the price.”

“Ordered 10 bare root cuttings of Autumn Bliss Rasberries. They arrived promptly and were planted as directed in well prepared soil. Unfortunately only 2 of the 10 actually started shooting after 4 weeks. When in put them in , I did observe that the root stock looked quite poor so I wasn’t surprised. The customer services department handled the complaint promptly and I’m awaiting a refund.”
