“I called before going to the store due to Covid.....I've done my research so knew roughly what i was looking for. After speaking to Aaron it confirmed that the Perception Expression 11 was the kayak for me, i also purchased a paddle as i wouldn't get far without that ! again Aaron helped me with the budget i had. I took the paddle with me and took advantage of the free delivery of the Kayak. Unfortunately the wrong kayak was delivered but the reason I gave 5 stars is due to the fact that this was a genuine mistake, and was swapped the same evening. Great service, thanks”
