“I recently purchased the Railblaza C-Tug Canoe and Kayak Trolley after finding it very well priced at Canoe and Kayak Store. Their communication after the online purchase was excellent, and delivery very quick indeed with the trolley arriving before 8:00am the next morning. I had a follow-up email checking I was happy with the purchase, which is definitely the case. This is the second C-Tug trolley we have bought and can't speak highly enough of them. All in all, very very happy with the service and the product. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Great service from these guys, even when I was really indecisive about delivery timing they were happy to make last minute changes, and also were careful to ensure a safe delivery -I ordered kayak plus all the bits so it was quite a large order. They were ready to make the delivery within two days of me placing the order. After care is also great, the locking catch on my two part paddle broke a month after delivery and on the back of an email enquiry they shipped the replacement part within a couple of days. Thanks guys, if I buy anymore kayaking gear it will be from you. cheers Jon”

“Best price around for a C-Tug and free delivery to SW Scotland! Woohoo! Next day, FedEx delivery, alas new driver, wasn't familiar with our property, so next day after, success. Overall very satisfying with price, availability, delivery and notice via email of dispatch etc. Would recommend and would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future. They didn't have the BA I wanted and rather than try to talk me in to buying something else they had they checked online to find someone who had it in stock. “Saying they have items in stock when they don't, waited 5 days with no updates until I emailed to ask if they were going to be shipped or not. Yes I was offered refund but I'd rather not buy something they don't have and go somewhere they're stocked. Time waste.”
