“Called into the store and received helpful advice. Felt unhurried and able to ask all sorts of questions. Lee we ft without a purchase do we could consider all we had heard. Made online order a few days later and received the paddle the following day. Terrific service.”

“Excellent service. I needed a buoyancy aid in a hurry, but hadn’t been able to find the size and style I needed elsewhere online despite lots of searches. The Canoe & Kayak website showed they had some, so I rang the store to double check it was still in stock. A very helpful man (Richard) took my order and dispatched it while we spoke. I received it the next day. You can’t do better than that! I’ve just used the buoyancy aid, and am very pleased with it.”

“Called them originally to help chose the size kayak I needed and they helped me understand which would suit me in regards to my height/weight. Order was perfectly preserved in 3 layers (cardboard, thick plastic bag, strong tarp like material outer bag) Order came perfectly on time. They kept an open line of communication the whole time and even called my phone to keep me updated, sent emails to let me know it had left them and was in the hands of the courier. If you are going to follow along with tracking, i'd suggest using the courier's website and tracking (They used DX for mine) as the shopify app didn't update once in regards to the order. (Not this companies fault as this is communication between shopify and the courier) Highly recommend getting your kayaks from here!”

“I ordered a canoe for myself and wife, and a sea kayak for my daughter and they held both boats while I organised a ferry from N. Ireland to go over and collect them. They held the boats without any deposit being paid! Great service and very nice people! Paddles arrived the next week as they were not in stock when we called.”
