“Chosen kayak colour was not in stock...we were told it would be 2 weeks and that is exactly what happened. Sent to us as soon as the Kayak arrived in store - next day delivery. Richard was particularly helpful with advice and steers as to which accessories to buy. Overall, a great service.”

“The product we wanted was out of stock but we were kept up to date by email of when new stock was due in. Canoe & Kayak Store was the cheapest we found and service was excellent.”

“First of all, I absolutely love my new Silverbirch Broadland 16 foot canoe which I bought through the Canoe and Kayak store website. An actual human being responded by phone after my order to confirm delivery details. The canoe was hand delivered in perfect condition by someone from the shop. In addition, prior to delivery they phoned to confirm that I’d ordered the correct size paddle. Just fantastic, personal service.”
