“Purchased a Kayak last summer now recently a SUP on both occasions good advice and guidance for a novice to both sports. Good service SUP arrived next day great fun.”

“I had very good advice on the phone about fitting a compass to the boat and despite long lead times I'd seen elsewhere the boat arrived in store promptly. The store delivered the boat well ahead of the agreed time. Very please overall.”

“Another great customer experience, purchased a WRSI current pro helmet and phoned up to asks some advice and if they had the colour and size I wanted as I was on a time schedule. Confirmed yes to both and ensured that it was dispatched the same day ensuring I have it in time for Saturday. Helmet fits perfect and if you’re looking for a great helmet then this is worth the money. Thank you”

“I phone the store to check availability of a canoe, they had one in stock and reserved it for me till I could get there to collect it. Was meet by Aaron who could have been more helpful, I already had a good idea how I wanted to fit it out, Aaron listened to what I wanted offered helpful advise and was able to find everything I needed. Great company will be using them again”

“I phoned a week before I wanted the product, to make sure it was in stock and to give time for it to be ordered if it wasn't in stock, and the item was kept by for me, ready for when I was passing. I live a LONG way away from the Store, but they have the best prices, so I try as much as possible to get what I need from it, when I'm passing. I also had some queries about a modification I'd made to my kayak and was given some excellent support and advice too. Great service and support, thank you :-)”

“It's not often you find a company which is so super helpful and has a great stock level. Richard helped me to find the right spraydeck for my canoe, trying multiple ones on a canoe in his shop to find the right one for me. He was super efficient, fun to deal with and made my dilemma on what to buy easy. The post cost was reasonable and fast. I couldn't recommend the company highly enough and will be using them again.”

“I found the service that I received from Canoe and Kayak above and beyond that of the usual service that accompanies internet purchases. The ease of use of the website made purchasing with C&K Store simple. The price of the item that I bought was reasonable too.
