“What a fantastic store to deal with. After a bit of searching for my Venture Canadian Canoe I found Richard at the Canoe and Kayak Store. I was tempted by their easy to navigate website that had good explanations of the products, clear pricing and free delivery. Richard was in quick communication with me by phone and arranged delivery of the canoe within a week (bear in mind that they are In Dorset and we are in Perthshire). His customer service was outstanding. One product that was out of stock was replaced by another one and I explained the need for a third seat and that was invoiced separately and came fitted on to the canoe. From beginning to end I felt I was dealing with a 5 star family run business that couldn’t do enough for me the customer. I can only highly recommend this store. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy a SUP one day soon!”

“Placed an order at 2pm which was delivered next morning. Thank you for an excellent speedy service. The quality of these robes did not disapoint and are very warm. Colours are true to description and fantastic. Items were packed really well. We were also happy with the discount on the dryrobes. Very pleased customers ;)”
