I found your website very difficult to navigate mainly because it was a seperate site from M&S Flowers. All very confusing. I almost gave up. Awaiting delivery of bouquet so cannot ccomment on the quality of flowers.

Nowhere shows where to apply scanned QR code when checking out. You owe me £7.50!

It took several attempts to go through the process, the payment section being worst. I have no idea how you get to choose a date, as I could not see that section. Hope the flowers are good.

Clunky and inaccurate. We gave up on a mobile phone and still had difficulties on the desktop. Not a happy experience

The UI is fine however the Forgot Password functionality did not work for me. Tried multiple times at varying times of the day (and deleted cookies), however never received the relevant email (checked junk email box). Fortunately I remembered my password, but had I not, this would have broken the user journey.

You can only pay by signing up. It's remedial at best. Product wise it's fine and I support the cause.

What I assume will be nice flowers, but the navigation through to payment was terrible and not clear (have come away feeling I might have payed twice but assume I haven’t).

Your web site is satisfactory but your computer system (or perhaps the system operated in your name) is frankly rubbish. Yesterday my order failed, I sent a LIVECHAT query which could not be dealt with and I received an email that the query would be saved and I will be telephoned. Today after not receiving any call I tried your LIVECHAT again. The saved query could not be found and the answers to my messages were frankly silly. You will understand that I will never again pay an additional charge to deal with Cancer UK only to experience these nonsensical problems.

I use the Chrome browser on an iPhone6S. When filling in text throughout the ordering process the cursor was misaligned with the text entry box.
