Not very impressed went round and round Becoming a member before I could actually pay. Hopefully bouquet will be acceptable.

It's a great site and very important for us to send to a loved member of the family who is dealing with breast cancer -however, you could make payment easier - it makes it look like you have to go through Paypal - which you don't, and if you miss the little pink line to confirm you will not get your order completed via card. - good but could be more user-friendly to let us pay easier - Paypal is not the preferred option and I worry that their commission reduces what I hope is going to the charity.

Delivery is usually fast and on time, range of flowers is OK but could be better. The password reset option doesn't work though, the email to reset it never arrives.

Flowers were lovely and fairly reasonable. Didn’t like how website automatically chose the larger bouquet though (I changed it to the smaller one as I’m a widow on a pension) and for some reason my daughter’s house number was not offered. Wanted to use Cancer Research website as I’m going through chemo just now.

Great idea of flower shop with % going to the charity. Next day delivery stated but not available at checkout. Too early to comment on anything else for survey. Will be nice to see product choices expanded in near future.

it would be useful to have the option to list all of the flowers in a list. There only appears to be specific headings such as "birthday" or "thank you". The option of A simple list of all products would help.

I was annoyed at having to provide a password. I do not want an account. There needs to be more details of acceptable passwords as I failed first time - probably because mine was too long. I nearly stopped at that point.

Everything was going well until filling in Delivery and Billing Address, which appeared to be sending me the flowers. Was a bit of.. what is going on. Confusing but got there in the end. keep up the good work, which the recipent helps out at weekends in Essex. Jim Bissett

EDIT REVIEW: Sadly, a disappointing experience due to the email notification system which ultimately delayed delivery for an important occasion when flowers could have just been left. Unfortunate as I believe in the ethos of this company and fully support their contributing to a very worthwhile cause.

It would be useful to be able to check what is in the shopping basket. before you checkout. This site does not allow you to view your total amount until after you have completed all details at checkout.

It would be helpful if the flowers section can be linked to the online gift shop as I was unable to buy gifts with flowers at the same time

Generally well set out website but took some time to realise that black button on right was linked to cookie acceptance and some folk might have given up there. Also, wasn't sure if all flowers had option of added gift such as soft toy, might be helpful to explain this somewhere. Thanks, Kirsty
