“Took ages to complete , only by retry after retry did I reach the payment section . Infuriating !!!!!”

“Tried twice on a mobile phone (iphone) and couldn't complete order. Had one last go on a laptop and got it done. On all 3 tries it said "something went wrong " entering the post code. spent a bit of time trying different things. in the end I was able to continue without fixing that. Also it is difficult to order for my Mother in the UK but from an overseas account. I had to use my UK account in the end.”

“I like the pictures of the flowers. I hope they are as good as they are shown There should be some descriptive text with the Join button, it isn't clear that you need to join to proceed with the purchase”
