“It's a great site and very important for us to send to a loved member of the family who is dealing with breast cancer -however, you could make payment easier - it makes it look like you have to go through Paypal - which you don't, and if you miss the little pink line to confirm you will not get your order completed via card. - good but could be more user-friendly to let us pay easier - Paypal is not the preferred option and I worry that their commission reduces what I hope is going to the charity.”

“The UI is fine however the Forgot Password functionality did not work for me. Tried multiple times at varying times of the day (and deleted cookies), however never received the relevant email (checked junk email box). Fortunately I remembered my password, but had I not, this would have broken the user journey.”
