“The site was excellent up to the final payment page. The entry of the credit card details that I was paying with went well; the next page, however, was confusing and seemed to indicate that there was an issue with the card and that an alternative payment source was necessary. This was untrue and clicking on the same box twice initiated the payment sequence. That final page needs a rethink and possibly rethinking.”

“This is our first time using this site, the main reason for doing so is that they donate to Cancer Research. Plus the fact that the reviews are so positive and the flowers are rated so highly.
