Good Morning Lisa Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review. As per your email exchange with our Customer Service Team, I can see that we have apologised and issued a refund in full for the damaged notebook. Your refund was processed just before the bank holiday weekend, so it may have felt like it took a little longer than normal for the funds to be returned back to your account. I still dont have my packet. I payed 22,80 euro for delivery. Thats very much. The same time I ordered at Ted Baker. I had the packet in 3 days for free delivery.

Hello Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that your order has not yet arrived. As advised by email on 15th,Your parcel was dispatched on 7th Jan (but as this was a Sunday it was not collected until the Monday 8th) with using our International Airmail and is expected to arrive in 7 – 14 working days, however very occasionally parcels can be held up a little longer. Please can I ask you to wait a few more days , and if the parcel has not arrived by 26th January please get in touch and we will of course look into this further. Ordered a notebook with the letter L on the front for my mum. Even though it clearly stated on the invoice the letter L I was sent one with the letter F on it !!!

Hello Adrienne, Thank you very much for your feedback, as in our emails, I am terribly sorry that your order was not packed well, resulting in the bags being folded and with no protection for the items inside the box. This is certainly not our usual standard of packing, and I sincerely apologise that your order was not as expected on this occasion. The radio I ordered simply didn't work with batteries (mains was fine). You should really test these things. Customer service was excellent however - very helpful.

Due to error on address my parcel was "returned" to CampusGifts 28/11 I still await refund as Campus claim parcel not Recvd back. Given that proof I did not receive the goods has been provided by Royal Mail - don't quite understand why refund can't be made. Wont be using this service again....and writing it off as a very bad expirience

This dispute was rectified when the original order was delivered to the customer despite only being addressed to Camberwell, London on 19th December. We had already refunded the customer but we left the goods with him with our compliments.

I can see from your order details that your parcel is being sent to Sweden, and although we normally expect all international deliveries to arrive within two weeks, unfortunately it can sometimes take longer. Order sent to wrong address took a month to get to me and only after I asked where it was! And one of the items received is broken! Worst customer service I have experienced buying online! When I suggested a discount as a gesture of good faith I was offered a discount off my 'next' order! There will definitely not be another oder!

Dear Vicky, I'm very sorry that you were disappointed in the service that you received from us. From the notes in our system, I can see that a mistake was made when your order was first sent out, and that we contacted you to notify you of the issue. Unfortunately, some of the items that you had originally ordered were no longer in stock, so we were unable to resend your parcel straight away. And so we offered you the option of a full refund or to wait for the original parcel to be returned so that we could resend those items. At that time we did make it clear that there would be a reasonable delay before we would be able to resend the items, but that we would dispatch it via overnight courier as soon as we were in the position to do so. I paid for Currier next delivery (paid extra) but it still hadn't arrived 5 days later. It was a gift for my wife. They did reinburse Currier fee but gift was late!

I never received my order in spite of me emailing several times no one took the initiative to check the delivery address details were correct until the parcel was returned back to campus by Royal Mail as the post code was wrong. I just kept bring told even after six days that my parcel would be with me soon!! So I was finally told that I would have to place the order again and that j had been refunded.

Dear Julia, Our apologies for the issues with your order. Unfortunately we do not currently have the facility to be able to verify customer addresses, but are looking to add this functionality to our website in the near future. We do ask customers to ensure that the details that they provide are correct during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email as we are not able to make changes to an order once it has been dispatched from us. However, it is normally our policy to confirm delivery details again in the event of a delay or problem, so I am sorry that this did not happen earlier. Paid for premium delivery which take 1-3 days, ordered on the 6th July, arrived on the 16th. I also emailed then asking for an update and they just said check yourself with Royal Mail. Not a good experience, wouldn't use again.

I am sorry at this time back in July 2016 we were not able to provide tracking information for standard Royal Mail deliveries, so we had to ask customers to check with their neighbours, safe places and their nearest depot first to confirm it wasn't waiting for them. If we were advised back that it still had not been located we would re-send the missing orders. Kind Regards Customer Service Team

The product description was highly misleading! The photo on the box shows a massive marble run set and only when you read the small print on the back of the box is it apparent that the box only contains 1 of 4 sets that it takes to make up the set in the picture. Nowhere is that stated in the product description, nor is there any information on how many pieces the set includes.

I ordered a few gifts from South Africa --big mistake paid up paying a fortune in transportation and the 3 day Fedex additional cost ended up in a month long waiting period as they coudnt send Fedex the correct paperwork to clear the good at customs. I would strongly suggest that they advise overseas clients of the costs involved and time periods , not just sending me a copy of the terms and conditions, as I dont think anybody knows about the clearing costs and additional time it takes, Customers need to be able to make a informed decision before buying ... !! When sending goods overseas make sure you attach the correct paperwork this would have saved a lot of time !!!

Dear Karin, Apologies for the issues that you've had with receiving your order from us. We do always provide the required paperwork with an accurate description of contents when sending orders internationally but occasionally, and in your case, there are additional queries and requests from customs or delivery partners that can cause delays. Unfortunately, due to the differing policies of different countries and customs offices, we are unable to give an accurate indication of duty charges or delays that may apply when parcels are shipped internationally. As far as we are aware, the majority of parcels that we send overseas are not held back by customs and do not incur any extra fees. However, to avoid any surprises we do advise international customers to be aware of their local import rules prior to placing an order with us. I payed for a expensive purse and bag . It took a long time to arrive. 16 days in total not including the weekends. The package was was very poor and it was resealed with tape. The purse had water and physical damage. When I reached out I got no help at all. My wife needless to say was very unhappy so I had to buy them again from a different company who performed a lot better! This is my 3rd and last time dealing with campus gift. If 0 stars was a option then that's what they would get.
