I ordered a few gifts from South Africa --big mistake paid up paying a fortune in transportation and the 3 day Fedex additional cost ended up in a month long waiting period as they coudnt send Fedex the correct paperwork to clear the good at customs. I would strongly suggest that they advise overseas clients of the costs involved and time periods , not just sending me a copy of the terms and conditions, as I dont think anybody knows about the clearing costs and additional time it takes, Customers need to be able to make a informed decision before buying ... !! When sending goods overseas make sure you attach the correct paperwork this would have saved a lot of time !!!
