“I called customer services who were knowledgeable and helpful in confirming the connection hose I needed to use with a 907 gas bottle. It was despatched the same day and delivered the next day via courier. Great friendly service for a great product!”

“I think it’s unfair of me to rate it used it for the first time did what it said in the instructions and the pizzas were black underneath please give a bit of advice as the stones are not cheap many thanks”

“Great products I bought my first Cadac bbq in 1999 and my latest Cadac in 2024 they just keep getting better. I still have my original Cadac bbq and still use it! My latest grill/bbq from Cadac is the portable Safari Chef 30 and I wanted the Plancha Grid to give me more cooking options. I was in luck as I bought it at a sale price so it’s even more of a bargain!”

“Bought a portable gas bbq it come minus the BBQ plate. Contacted help desk. Took a while to get a replacement sent out. Warranty dept were slow to deal with email contact. Rang the dept and was dealt with with courtesy and promptness. More efficient on the phone than on online. Overall good product”
