“Absolutely amazing we use some apple chipping in this and the taste was absolutely incredible I would highly recommend we had a problem with our pizza plate we ordered to but, this was dealt with promptly fantastic communication and a fast response Thankyou for this product”

“Bit of a faff with online purchase. Ordered correctly a grill plate for 2cook2 but was sent one for 2cook3. eventually got sorted but courier lost parcel for a day so correct item arrived day later than advised. Customer service very helpful. Noticed non stick coating (black) on new grill plate was different to original (grey)so guess change was due to poor coating on original item which wasnreason i had to replace.”

“I was disappointed to find that the recycled item that I thought I had ordered was not what was delivered. I had to then buy a QR hose to get the functionality I needed. If you buy any of the Cadac recycled items, take a screen shot of the item description so you can prove what you ordered! However Cadac did respond to my order query quickly and give me the option to buy the extra hose. I ended up spending as much as I would have done on a brand new Trio Power Pak QR!”

“Delivery and assembly of the grill were both a breeze. The Citi Chef 50 is a perfect size for our needs and available space. Unfortunately, the design could use some improvement regarding wind protection. On our first time grilling the flame was blown out by a light breeze at least 5 times, even with the lid positioned on the back as suggested.”
