“Easy ordering experience, fast dispatch, great quality product. Only fly in the ointment is the disappointing courrier, that for no reason given, delayed our delivery by 24 hours. Not great if you've taken the day off to receive the delivery.”

“Having previously bought a Safari Chef 30 for my bbq needs whilst fishing I was that impressed I bought the Citi Chef 50 for home. Cooks well and is easy to clean, we take the Safari Chef 30 on family holidays due to it's size and storage bag. Both great bits of kit and highly recommended.”

“Item probably ok, but not what we need, so haven't used it. We have emailed to ask how to return the item (as per their instructions) but as yet to receive any sort of reply after 7 days. I would have expected at least a reply saying they would look into it.”

“Fantastic product, having used an older larger model previously this handled things we needed perfectly in a lighter and updated package. Easy to set up and use, the addition of the levelling leg is great. Packs away in the bag with space for extra cooking plates. Very pleased”

“We actually need to contact you because the ignition switch on our Cadac Safari is not working and we would like to exchange for a new one, please? “We love our Cadac bbq we use it at home and when caravanning. It is fast, easy to clean and the accessories are great too. We got the pizza stone which allows you to turn your bbq into a pizza oven which makes great stone baked pizza fast. We also bought the paella pan and they both come in their own carry bags, very convenient. Highly recommend these products 5 ⭐️”

“Great little gadget and very convenient. Two minor improvements would be to include a wood smoker pocket in order to give it a authentic BBQ flavour. The other is the ability to close the holes of the lid to improve the pizza making as the pizza stone overcooks the bottom of the base while the top is not yet 100%.”

“We used our new paella pan over the weekend. It was sooooo good to have a pan that didn't stick . My husband was really, really impressed with the new coating . We followed the new pan set up and it was great and so easy to clean. Hubby was impressed that he got whole fried eggs out of the pan for the first time in ages. As our old pan everything just stuck. Well deserved 5 stars.”

“Bought a new cover for our carry barbecue and it seems much better quality than the last one which we got years ago which is great. Also bought liners for grill pans etc....they are great and so easy to clean and reusable. Also bought a silicone thing the exact size of our grill pans etc which you can just fill with soapy water and leave the pan in to soak before you wash it. That is brilliant, I wish I'd known about it before. Service was fast and good and Cadac answered a query about my massive failure to cook a pizza successfully and given me advice for my next attempt.”
