“So far, so good. We had a misspelt email address that caused a little delay, but it's not a big issue. I find the training videos seem to assume some prior knowledge, which is frustrating if you don't have it, but I'm working things out. Is there a technical helpline where I can speak to a human being and ask a question, that would be helpful?”
