“Very straightforward”

Helpful Report

“Yes transition was good.”

“So far, so good. We had a misspelt email address that caused a little delay, but it's not a big issue. I find the training videos seem to assume some prior knowledge, which is frustrating if you don't have it, but I'm working things out. Is there a technical helpline where I can speak to a human being and ask a question, that would be helpful?”

Helpful Report

“Item received, software installed and activated within a day.”

Helpful Report

“As far as I'm aware everything is ok but I'll wait until my present subscription expires to see if there are any glitches.”

Helpful Report

“No review necessary”

Helpful Report

“Good, helpful and knowledgeable service, update to my software was a smooth experience.”

Helpful Report

“I was told it was much more expensive, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it for cheaper. Also, the rendering is great and simple to use.”

Helpful Report

“Product was delivered without undue delay, and for a reasonable price. A note on the site highlighting that purchases made at the weekend won't be completed until the next working day would be useful.”

Helpful Report

“Good price and clear website”

Helpful Report

“The codes they send don't work. 2-5 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO HELP HAS BEEN GIVEN. But they have now sorted it so I say thanks to them and the issue was the software not them.”

Helpful Report

“Easy purchase and minor issues were dealt with quickly.”
