“Alex identified the reason for the issue I was experiencing immediately, sent me instructions to fix it and followed up.”

“We ordered a space mouse online as showed in stock, got communications back saying would be 12-14 days. Called them 5 days later and spoke to someone who assured me that was a safe time frame. Funny though as the product still showed as in-stock online! We are now 4 weeks since order, had to chased again. Did get a prompt update but no timescales! So expect will to cancel and put this and future channel orders else ware.. Can't trust their website, no proactive updates.”

Three years later and a new computer I thought I'd lost my £500 plus software.
