“I thought the certificate was of very poor quality and I had to get it laminated to look reasonable. The newspaper was wrapped loosely in tissue paper and again was disappointing in presentation for a gift. The box was fine.”

“Had it not been for the price I'd have rated the service as very good - simple to order and swift delivery. The downside was the £65 price (incl postage) for a 1943 Sunday Times.”

Hi Kathleen Sorry to hear you aren't happy with your Day You Were born certificate but it does state on the website it comes laminated, If you prefer and can do one for you that isn't laminated. “Came to them as the ordering process was far better than another company I tried to use. Good service, nice touch with the presentation. The recipients were very pleased. Only drawback, not enough choice of papers.”
