“Fantastic service from the website, but particularly Kelly B via email. I was a bit miffed with the postage cost to NI, and was about to walk away. Actually had another website open when I got an email from Kelly. Her fantastic customer service/can do approach encouraged me so much, that I wanted to deal with Buxtons! Instead of griping about the cost of postage, I decided to increase my order instead. Then I got a couple of keyring freebies which utterly made my day!! Couldn't be happier. Top service all round.”

My battery operated mower arrived without batteries, but when I telephoned they answered quickly & my batteries arrived a few hours later as had been dispatched separately. They then telephoned me a few days later to confirm happy receipt, excellent customer service. Commended.”
