“Goods were dispatched within a couple of hours of ordering; can't argue with that. To say that I was kept updated with the dispatch/delivery process is an understatement; I'm not sure that I needed a total of 7 e-mails (including order confirmation and invoice)! But no grumbles; who'd want to hear nothing between clicking 'confirm order' and postie dropping the item on your doorstep? Great effort by Buxtons - thanks, Jon”
