“Excellent service excellent product”

“The speed of delivery was excellent, any questions I needed answering Kelly answered, we did have a small issue, one of two parcels went missing, I called Kelly and she got the missing items sent out and I received them next day, the other items turned up a couple of days later, I called Kelly and she arranged a pick up. Again great service.”

“Stumbled across Buxtons via a Google search for various STIHL items. Another larger company not only took ages to answer the phone but clearly couldn’t be bothered to return my call !! Fortunately I found Buxtons and as well as being competitively priced the service was excellent. There was a slight delay on one item but I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and it was delivered a day or so after my main order. Absolutely first class service and I will use them again in the future.”
