“Well having received a defective pressure washer I thought this is going to be a pain to return and sort out. Turns out it was very quick and very easy. Kayleigh from customer service actually took ownership, had it picked up straight away and a new one delivered within 2 days all while keeping me up to date. It’s customer service that’s missing from so many companies these days so when you get it and it’s this good you really appreciate it. Thank you Buxtons.”
