“Website was easy to navigate using categories. Technical information was accurate and even included very usefully the weight of the item in use which was missing from the manufacturer's website. Items in stock as promised and delivered next working day as promised. My only niggle is that the website page for a rake still had the standard line about free delivery for orders above the threshold amount when this doesn't apply to such an item since the handle makes it an oversized item, incurring a higher delivery charge in any case.”
