“I placed my order on a Wednesday Morning after checking that next day delivery meant just that. I needed the Saw Horse to cut logs while we had spare time (until the Sunday). After waiting until Friday, I received an email telling me it would be with me on Monday. I was not best please. After speaking to your customer services, it was despatched with a Saturday delivery (with the delivery charge now waived). It duly Arrived on Saturday morning and was a very solid piece of equipment. My remaining ripe is that when the original product was found to be damaged and could not be sent to, a simple call to let me know would have meant i did not waste ALL DAY on the Thursday waiting in for something that didnt come.”
