“Bought a Billhook from Buxtons and was sent the wrong one. Customer service was great, organised a return and sent the replacement quickly. Received today and am pleased with what I bought and the service. Can't fault how they fixed their mistake.”

“The speed of delivery was excellent, any questions I needed answering Kelly answered, we did have a small issue, one of two parcels went missing, I called Kelly and she got the missing items sent out and I received them next day, the other items turned up a couple of days later, I called Kelly and she arranged a pick up. Again great service.”
