“We were very pleased with the service, the surveyors were readily available to deal with our queries and even after delivering their report, they were still happy to engage with us and other parties connected with the purchase to clarify or resolve points raised. The quality of the service was second to none with issues with the property clearly broken out into three levels of concern handled in summary and with more detailed commentary within their report, this allowed us to determine where our focus should be when further negotiating with the seller or third-parties and additionally where our attention should be focused once we’d completed on the property. The surveyors were friendly, helpful, and informative and we really must say worth every penny of the bill, indeed their skills and services actually paid for themselves many times over by highlighting issues that were used to negotiate appropriate reductions in the purchase price. Wholeheartedly recommended.”

“Russell and I were in the process of buying a property we decided to get a last minute survey, as our mortgage advisor had only done a valuation. We went on a compare site to get some quotes on 2nd January, the following morning before 9.30am, Mr Andrew Newell from AC Home surveys had contacted us. We explained we were in the process of purchasing a property and needed a survey completed as soon as possible so not to hold up the chain. Andrew explained he had some appointments the next day in the morning but was happy to re arrange these to see our property first. We were over the moon, he surveyed our property on Thursday 3rd at 9.30am. We spoke to him later that day to discuss his findings and we had the hard copy of the report the following Monday. I cannot thank him enough for making this part of purchasing a property completely stress free. I would high recommend Andrew, he was so professional, efficient, flexible and understanding.
