“Build Warranty were incredibly prompt with providing me with a quote and their Account Executive, Connor Edmunds, who I spoke to on the phone, was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me complete the quote form. The inspector rang me very promptly the day after I paid the invoice, which was issued the same day I confirmed I wanted to proceed with the Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC) and I was able to have the inspection the next day. Another Account Executive, Tina Merritt, was then incredibly prompt at sending me the PCC that same day. The whole process was done so quickly and professionally by everyone I spoke to at Build Warranty, which was great to see as I'd expected a process like this to take so much longer than just a few working days like it did. The high level of service and assistance I got from everyone I spoke to at Build Warranty was all very much appreciated, so thank you very much Build Warranty! I would recommend them to anyone!”
