“Made an order, but due to prevailing circumstances (Covid 19 pandemic) there were going to be delays but they phoned me not only to let me know but also subsequently to let me know it had been despatched, great service. Product was exactly as described and very competively priced. Would but from them again.”

“I wasnt given very good advice as a newbie. I asked what I would need and how much it would cost to get started? Firstly the guy struggled to give me a price and when he did he came back with £75!? Which was to much so I said "I have a barrel already can I just brew it in that" to which replied " yes I'll send you the kit some enhancer and steroliser" Well this advice was codswalop I needed the begginers beer making kit! Where did he get £75 from? as your begginers beer making kit is only £22! I could have had everything I needed for £55 instead I've been trying to source the rest of what i need online. I now have a barrel of almost brewed ale and no way of getting it in to my bottles (that I had to purchase on ebay as you wouldn't post them). I had to borrower a hydromiter and I'm waiting on my carbonated tablets from ebay. I dont understand why when I asked what I needed the guy couldn't just explain what and why I needed them? These are tough times and I can only imagine you had to draft someone in to help. I know the star rating us important to you so I have given you 5 as I'm sure my experience is just a blip. If someone could give me a call so I can buy the kit off you that would be great Thanks”
